If you want to upgrade your vision, you can get a pair of glasses with a high level of design and fashion. Hearing devices didn’t offer a similar alternative. We created a hearing device that not only improves your daily life, but also is something you are excited to wear.

Overtone was created to change the conversation around hearing devices. Around 70% of people who could benefit from wearing hearing devices don’t wear them. Overtone was designed to be a desirable product that changes peoples minds about hearing devices.

We wanted to get away from the usual medical-device aesthetic in the hearing aid space and focused on something that was more lifestyle oriented, so less doctors office and more fashion store. We created a form and material language that is reminiscent of high-quality eyewear design while being a completely unique product.
